    Warren Schutz, winemaker of Coeur d’ Alene Cellars, will present his outstanding and award winning wines accompanied by Chef Josh Trunnell’s five course dinner

    Mini Crab Cakes with Alioli Limon and Tomato Jam
    Accompanied by 2008 Chardonnay

    Course 2
    Butter Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Grapefruit, Grilled Chicken and Chevre with Grapefruit-Vinaigrette
    Accompanied by 2008 Viognier

    Course 3
    Black Bean and Pork Soup with Sage & Ancho
    Accompanied by 2007 Cloud Nine Syrah

    Course 4
    Beef Bourguignon with Wild Mushrooms
    Accompanied by 2006 Opulence (Reserve Syrah), WS 91 pts.

    Dark Chocolate & Praline Brownie with a Syrah Port Sauce
