Palatebomb.com – What is this anyway?

What do you get when you put together three 20-somethings from diverse walks of life and put them into the same venue expressing their opinions, their likes and their dislikes? (I’m not talking any smarmy 70s sitcom here – although I doubt our writers are old enough to remember that) You’ll get PalateBomb, an open forum for wine discussion lead by three wine-lovers who aren’t afraid to tell it like it is.

Our writers each have varying backgrounds with wine and the wine experience. One grew up with wine as a household staple, another finds it enhances the dining experience, and while the third simply enjoys wine for the pleasure the tasting experience brings. An, Stephen and Wendy will entertain and inform you on different wines and their reactions – both good and bad – to the flavors and sensations of various wines .

Each week, there is a topic for continuity, but that is where the similarity ends! Each writer highlights his or her individual experience with summer whites, blends, favorite reds, or food and wine pairings. You will have the opportunity to weigh in with your thoughts and ideas, too, to share your wine experience with us and with our readers.
